Our BCA Reports outline an assessment of the proposed development against each relevant clause of the Building Code of Australia to provide you with the confidence required to progress the project through design development and construction. Throughout the BCA Report process, BCA Clarity will identify any areas of non-compliance with the BCA and assist in resolving these through design amendment or recommend seeking Performance Solutions. A significant number of issues we identify through the BCA Report process can be resolved with a Performance Solution, which is often the most economical method of resolution.
